Hello Warrior, There’s a quiet truth many of us don’t realize until much later in life. The stories we tell ourselves about our past shape the life we’re living right now. When something painful or traumatic happens, it’s often impossible to see it from any perspective other than the pain we feel in that moment. Our minds focus on the hurt, the confusion, and the injustice of what occurred. But as time passes, something powerful becomes possible: perspective. And with perspective comes the ability to reframe our story. Reframing doesn’t mean denying what happened. It doesn’t mean pretending the pain wasn’t real. Instead, reframing is about changing the meaning we carry forward from those experiences so they no longer define our identity or limit our future. For many years, I lived inside a story that kept me stuck in pain. It wasn’t until someone challenged the way I was interpreting my past that I realized something important: I had the power to change the narrative I was living by. That realization changed everything. When we shift our perspective from victimhood to survivorship… We begin creating a completely different life. In my newest article, I explore how reframing the stories we tell ourselves can transform our mindset, our healing, and the direction of our lives. You’ll discover: • Why the stories we tell ourselves shape our identity If you’ve ever felt defined by your past or stuck in patterns you wish you could change, this article will help you see your story in a new light. Read the full article here. Remember, the past may shape our experiences, but it does not have to define who we become. When we consciously choose how we interpret our story, we reclaim the power to create the life we desire. Always Moving Forward! Hello Warriors, The first quarter of this year wasn’t about surface-level change — it was about something deeper. It was about awareness. It was about questioning the stories you’ve been telling yourself. And most importantly, it was about stepping into who you truly are… not who you were taught to be. The latest issue of Warrior’s Journal is here, and it brings together the most powerful insights from this season of growth — from embracing the unknown, to building aligned habits, to...
Hello Warrior, Have you ever felt like you don’t quite fit in? Like you’re slightly outside the circle…Seeing something others don’t…Wanting something that doesn’t match the script everyone else seems comfortable following? Most women interpret that feeling as a flaw. But what if it’s actually your strength? I just published a new article, “Why You Don’t Fit In and Why That’s the Power of Being an Original.” It’s about the quiet conditioning that teaches us to shrink, the masks we learn to...
Hello Warrior, There is a quiet pressure in our culture to be acceptable. To smooth the edges. To quiet the intensity. To become more digestible. But what if you were never meant to be reduced? About honoring the calling that refuses to leave you alone. If you’ve ever felt the pull to become smaller in order to belong… this is for you. Being...
